ZenFeed is an autonomous comment-moderation platform for Facebook Pages. It connects to a Page via the official Meta Graph API, reads every new comment in real time, and uses an LLM to judge toxicity and intent — not just keyword matches — so it catches sarcasm, coded aggression, and micro-aggressions that simple word filters miss.

Instead of banning trolls (who typically just return with a new account), ZenFeed’s default strategy is to quietly delete or hide the toxic comment while leaving the author’s account untouched — removing the audience for the abuse without triggering a confrontation. Every action is logged to a moderation dashboard with the toxicity score and category (e.g. profanity, threat, spam), and can be reverted with one click if it was a false positive.
