What is Zazti?

Zazti is a collection of motion-controlled games for children aged 3+. Kids play by moving their whole body in front of an ordinary webcam: flapping their arms to fly, running on the spot, kicking, catching, leaning to ski, or freezing in place. There is no controller, console or download. The games run directly in the web browser on laptops, tablets and phones with a camera.

Pose detection runs entirely on the device, so the camera feed is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. There are no ads.

The 12+ games include Balloon Keep, Flap-Flap Race, Shape Wall, Freeze, Math Catch (arithmetic practice while moving), Santa Catch, Snowball Fight, Forest Run, Soccer Kick, Bubble Splash, Pillow Fight and Slalom Ski. Each one opens with a short animated demo of the movement to make and has easy, medium and hard levels. Kids can play solo or two at a time, and there is a Daily Challenge and a Party Mode that plays games back to back.
