What is ZapVox?

ZapVox is a browser extension for WhatsApp Web that converts voice messages into text, eliminating the need to listen to the audio. The text appears directly beneath the voice message. The extension can transcribe incoming voice messages in multiple languages, translate voice messages into over 100 languages, summarise long recordings, analyse tone, schedule messages and files, and includes a glossary for professional terms. Users can export chat transcriptions into a .txt file and bring their own key on any plan. ZapVox processes audio in the cloud and discards it after transcription, and stores schedules and reminders in your browser. It offers a free plan with daily transcriptions, a 7-day trial, and two paid plans. The extension is compatible with Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Firefox. It was developed by a Brazilian physician.
