What is YourLoop?

YourLoop is a digital loyalty card platform for businesses in the UAE and worldwide. Cafés, restaurants, salons, car washes, gyms and shops use it to replace paper stamp cards with a card their customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

There is no app for customers to download. They scan the shop's QR code, fill in a short form, and the card is added to the wallet already on their phone.

The business designs its own card — colours, logo, stamp icon and reward. At the counter, a member of staff scans the customer's card and taps to add a stamp; when the target is reached, the reward is ready to claim.

Every plan includes unlimited loyalty cards, unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts, and notifications sent to the card — to every customer, or only to the holders of one card. Higher plans add multi-tier rewards, scheduled notifications, win-back messages to customers who have stopped visiting, full analytics and more locations.

Everything works in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout. Plans start at AED 149 a month with a 7-day free trial.
