It says here that: "The software contains trojan(s) and possibly other malware according to 9/53 anti-virus engines on VirusTotal." I would say there is nothing malicious about yaP and that the result is due to false positives. I use yaP and I recommend it and say it is generally safe to use: it provides users with a lot of control in "portalising" programs but, with that, inevitably, some care in using this power and scope is necessary.
