xNeat Clipboard Manager
xNeat clipboard manager is handy and very simple to use. it captures clipboard items as they are copied to the Windows Clipboard, and you can simply bring up a menu containing all the previously copied items and select the item you want to paste from it using a hot key.
The program is no longer updated. Last version, 1.0.0.7, released in May 2009, can be still downloaded from the official website.

What is xNeat Clipboard Manager?
xNeat clipboard manager is handy and very simple to use. it captures clipboard items as they are copied to the Windows Clipboard, and you can simply bring up a menu containing all the previously copied items and select the item you want to paste from it using a hot key.
For regularly used text you can make it permanent in xNeat clipboard managers menu by right clicking on it, then select Make Sticky, you can also delete any item as well.

Program isn't installing
I used to use xNeat Clipboard Manager daily at work. The direct shortcuts to history items was really helpful.
The only issue I noticed was that it would occasionally crash but just reloading it would fix that.
If you are running a legacy version of Windows, and need a clipboard manager, I highly recommend giving xNeat a try.
It is too bad that development stopped and that the source code was never made available preventing any farther improvments of xNeat.
