What is Xinity AI?

Xinity AI is an open-source AI platform for enterprises that cannot send data to the cloud, whether because of GDPR, banking secrecy, journalistic source protection, attorney-client privilege, or trade secrets.

It runs entirely on your own hardware: model orchestration, an OpenAI-compatible API, a web dashboard with role-based access control, SSO/SAML, usage tracking, fine-tuning pipelines, and multi-node GPU scaling. No data leaves your infrastructure. Not to a region, not to a cloud, not at all.

Xinity is not a model runner. It uses inference engines like Ollama and vLLM under the hood and adds the operations layer an enterprise needs to run AI in production: orchestration, load balancing, access control, observability, multi-org tenant isolation, and audit trails designed to support EU AI Act and GDPR compliance.

Your existing OpenAI SDK code works unchanged, just point the base URL at your Xinity instance. The core engine (gateway, daemon, CLI, infoserver) is Apache 2.0. The dashboard is Elastic License v2 with a free tier for one organization and one node.

Built in Vienna, Austria.
