Freemium - Limited free functionality, some features start automatically a "Enterprise version" trial with limited functionality of those features and after the trial time is over, those features stop to work

What is Xeams?

Xeams is a secure & powerful mail server for Windows, Linux, Solaris, MacOSX and other flavors or UNIX, which supports SMTP, POP3, and IMAP. It includes a powerful spam/junk filtering engine that elimates up to 99% of junk email right out of the box. The software offers a flexible approach to email, making it a very user friendly server.

Xeams can be run in 3 different configurations:

  1. Full Email Server - No other email server is required
  2. Spam Firewall - Processes junk emails and forwards good messages to another email server, such as Microsoft Exchange, Sendmail or Novel Groupwise.
  3. Hybrid Mode - A combination of both options providing redundancy to your email infrastructure

Xeams is completely free for personal use.
