I;ve been using Xcart for a while now and they have a tech support program that I just pay for the year and this is my second year using this. It's awesome, they handing issues right way, they update and if somethign breaks they fix it right way...yes right away is the Key word here plus they know what they are doing and don't play games. Just get the job done so I can get my job done PERIOD. Love it. Give it a try and you'll be stoked...they are always improving and getting better every 6 months.

I used Prestashop, Opencart, Oscommerce in past. Now working with X-cart 5 running in cloud. The best thing from my point of view is the ability to highly customize the cart to my needs and in case if something goes wrong, their support can help really quick. Great service. I've been a customer since 2008 and have seen X-Cart make thousands of changes. We recently reviewed our entire site and considered a different platform, but as X-Cart ages, it's getting better. I also appreciate the support I receive. The support has gotten much better over the years also. Sure, like all other systems it has it's quirks, but I'm pretty satisfied with X-Cart.

Not only is the software reasonably priced, but the design, development and hosting teams are outstanding. I had a couple problems with a brand new X-cart 5 installation.. One of the problems seemed to be from porting products over from a different shopping cart. The other problem was a google feed error, which ended up being a PHP Ini setting on my server. Both problems were fixed on a Sunday afternoon by Roman Nikiforov, and everything was working within 2 hours. Very pleased with the support I received.
