Wyroo is web-based project management software for the building and construction industry. Contractors and project managers use it to run projects together with their own team, subcontractors, architects and clients, from the first sketch to the final handover.
Each project gets one workspace with a board, files, meetings and team, already connected to each other. Tasks sit on a kanban board with owners, deadlines, trade roles, labels and checklists. Existing task lists can be imported from a spreadsheet into the backlog, and moved onto the board when the work is ready to start.
Drawings and documents are kept in a file library where a new version replaces the old one and the history is preserved. Users can place marks on PDF drawings, discuss them in a thread and turn a mark into a task. Questions are answered on the task or drawing they concern, with replies, mentions and attachments, so the context stays with the work.
Site meetings are prepared from the board. The agenda is built from tasks, minutes and decisions are recorded during the meeting, and action points become tasks. Clients receive a branded status report through a link they can open without an account.
Access is set per project. Team members see the projects they work on, subcontractors see only theirs, and clients can follow progress without the internal discussion. People without an account can be assigned to a role and receive an email digest of the tasks for their trade. Each user also has a private notes list next to their projects.
The software, its emails and its website are available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Wyroo has a free plan for up to 3 team members and 3 guests, and a paid plan at €20 per active seat per month (excluding VAT). Both plans include every feature. Invited clients, architects and contractors never count as seats, and members inactive for 28 days stop counting until they return. A 60-day free trial is available without a credit card.
