At 9AM PT today, we announced that Woven Software is joining another company.
Right now we are unable to share details, but one thing we can share is that we will be discontinuing service for the current product as of May 28, 2021.
Each of you has been part of this journey. For us, Woven is not just a piece of software, it is a mission: to help people spend time on what matters to them. Since launch, we have helped schedule over 2.2 million events and saved our users over 10 million minutes. We’ve helped our users make sense of over 250 million events across over 40 million people.
We are eternally grateful to have been your calendar and scheduling service.
Easing your transition into life after Woven is important to us, so we’ve partnered with some of our friends to provide you with some special offers:
For those interested in a super slick calendar that is built for speed, check out Vimcal. Vimcal has a waitlist to join, but Woven users are able to skip to the front of the line and get 3 months free ($15/mo thereafter). Sign up using this link.
For those primarily interested in public links, we recommend Calendly. We’ve partnered with them to offer you 25% off the first year of an annual plan (normally $8/mo or $12/mo, billed annually). Just sign up for Calendly and email firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning promo code WOVEN25.
Like Woven itself, these offers will only be available through May 28.
Lastly, because Woven works on top of your calendar, all of your calendar events are already preserved in your Google and Microsoft 365 Calendars. We know, however, that some of our offerings can’t be easily transferred to other services. For those who are interested, we plan on offering the ability to download all your private note and private tag information in the near future.
We will no longer be charging for Woven Premium for the remainder of the service. For Premium users, we are refunding the undelivered balance of subscriptions starting today. Refunds should appear on your chosen payment method by the end of next week.
Our team is here for you. We will continue to support Woven’s functionality through May 28 via our support center and email@example.com. After May 28, all user accounts will be disabled and removed.
