What is WORKetc CRM?
WORKetc is cloud-based all-in-one small business platform, integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales and quoting, project management with Gantt charts, time tracking, invoicing, expense tracking, and post-sale helpdesk support.
Automatically capture leads from web forms and manage the lifecycle of those leads from initial contact, to quoting, to closing the sale. Track which products and services each customer has purchased, including recurring services and billing.
Create project templates to automate your important workflow. Easily generate projects for your customers using those templates, or easily create a one-off project. Manage the project budget, including timesheets and expenses, and invoice customers based on a flat rate, milestones, or hourly billing. Manage tasks and assignments. A full Gantt chart will allow easy tracking of project progress and timelines.
Support requests can be submitted from customers via email, web form, or a customer portal, and will automatically create a new contact or link to an existing contact. Support statuses can be customized and categorized for reporting purposes, and all activity is tracked against the case until the case is closed.
With WORKetc, you can sell, deliver, and support customers all from one place. It offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as integration with services such as Google, Outlook, Xero, Quickbooks Online, and Dropbox.

Comments and Reviews
WorkEtc works very well for me. I tried some other software for CRM and project management but the all-in-one solution is what I needed.
Your review would've have carried greater weight rather than being dismissed as a blatant plug for a paid s-a-a-s if you'd included some critical evaluation.
