Woost

Woost is a secure and modular platform for digital collaboration in companies. A company with its departments, teams and projects can be organized in a folder structure. Each folder can be customized to meet the demands of a team's individual processes. The team can select its desired digital tools from a rich set of predefined building blocks like Chat, Kanban-Board, or Gantt-Charts. These building blocks can be seamlessly interconnected: From automated workflows to agile projects across small teams or the company as a whole - all in one single tool. Everybody can get a quick overview by exploring the digital company through folders, filtering for the relevant decisions and tracking the overall status. This flexibility allows a team to start simple (e.g. with a shared checklist) and add more features on demand. Woost scales from a personal shopping list up to managing a large organization with all its dependencies. Process Mining and AI support the team to make collaboration easy and efficient.
