    Don't really know, maybe because it offers to do more. These all-in-one optimizers you need to take with a grain of salt... a big handful of salt for that matter. Optimizers and cleaners are just snake oil.

    If you're dead-set on getting one of these, something like this will do. I made the big mistake of using this for a while, and it gets too aggressive with the registry cleaning. The other parts of it are just your garden-variety utilities that promise great things if you're gullible enough to believe it.
