What is WinISO?
WinISO is a ISO image file editor that can convert BIN to ISO, create, extract, and edit ISO files, and produce bootable CDs. It updates disc images by overwriting only the changed sections, leaving other data intact, which speeds up file saving. WinISO supports conversion between different disc image formats such as ISO, CUE/BIN, NRG, MDF/MDS, CCD, and IMG. It can also mount edited images directly without prior saving and burn edited images without saving changes.
