Mike Kronenberg's Wine builds work very well, but there have been no updates from him in quite a while now. No activity on his Twitter account, nothing on GitHub ... I think he's no longer with us at this point.

Often works very well, especially with applications that don't require a lot of supportive software packages, of course

This also comes with a wine as well when you need to just run windows apps!!!

I love this App, it makes my life so much easier.  Got a windows app? why not make it a OSX app? DONE! I would prefer this over wine any day.

Sam Roberts wants something from us this evening, and it&#39;s supposed to be obvious, simple, effortless, easy as singing along to a catchy little song, it&#39;s a solid point, I know that for sure, what it is... i haven&#39;t the foggiest.}

A few reasons this list exists:

Primarily - I am trying to prepare, publish, market, etc. a musical project I&#39;ve been working on for the last little while. To get a T-shirt design up along with a sensible artist bio and some quality &#39;finished&#39; music is the goal so that the project can be advertised and funded and then finished and released for you, the glorious interested public, to sink ur dirty little bloodsucking teeth into ;) but i have autism and add and a bunch of other seriously cute disabilities that have been... anyway, stuff gets tough sum times, even with all the privileges of my particular identifiers, whatever, point is I&#39;m just trying to get shit done as best and fast and effectively as I can lol. 

Secondly,  

I&#39;m trying to migrate to a Linux desktop as my main rig ASAP from Mac and using this list as a way of making it as seamless as possible. I just want to run Windows and Mac VMs inside the Linux setup - just to have them available - rolling of the eyes - ...this migration has been started and stopped and left some version of my productive, creative self in some kind of hellscape limbo, feels to my nervous system a bit like what I imagine the Shrike&#39;s Tree of ??? (look up) to imbue upon it&#39;s Users. 

Criterion: (very rough, but also extremely specific lol) ... A Multi Platform/Open Source/Privacy Focused as Possible Tool Kit

Follow along as the story jumps from here to there, platform to platform, like Mario and Luigi chasing that ever receding Peach.
