WinDock is pretty much perfect - I can't see how it's possible to enjoy an ultra-wide screen without it. I tried half a dozen other tools before I settled on WinDock. The only thing which would make it better for me would be to add magnetic windows (which is the only part of AquaSnap I still use).
Was about to buy Divvy but kept looking because it doesn't seem Divvy receives updates anymore, then I found WinDock. It's amazing! Simple setup and works like a charm! I really hope WinDock will work the way it does now for as long as I am on Windows.
I've set DPI-Sacling in Windows 7 to 125%, now the windows take not half ow width heigt, but 125% of half width / height when docked.
Also thr right edge of screen, and the top and bottem right corner are not recognized anymore.
Besides this, I like the simple but powerful configuration.
I had the same scaling problem back in 2016, but this has been fixed for a few years now.
