This license is Free Software Foundation and Open Software Initiative certified as well as approved by the European Commission. It is available in 22 official languages of the European Union. The English version of the EUPL can be downloaded in PDF from https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/sites/default/files/eupl1.1.-licence-en.pdf. The EUPL is compatible with GNU General Public License (GNU GPL) v. 2, Open Software License (OSL) v. 2.1, v. 3.0 and others.

I like WinAudit because it is comprehensive without being visually overwhelming. Itis very well organized. It even provided useful information about Network Adapters. It seems to work with all Windows from XP to at least Windows 10. And its reports can be saved.
