   Wheel2XInput uses way less CPU in than XOutput: XOutput - 0.2% + 32MB Wheel2XInput - (unable to measure, < 0.1%) + 9MB Both values seems negligible, but both are software designed to be run in background all the time, so these aggregate over time on your overall consumption.
