WedBuild is an all-in-one wedding planning web app built in Australia, designed around a single connected data model: the guest list. When a guest RSVPs, the headcount, dietary tallies, budget and seating chart all update automatically — nothing needs to be entered twice.

Features include a guest list organiser (households, plus-ones, dietary requirements, bulk import from Excel/CSV), online RSVP collection through a customisable wedding website (meal choices, song requests, custom questions, per-event responses), a drag-and-drop seating chart with a visual room designer and printable table cards, QR "Find My Seat" codes that let guests scan and view their table and table-mates on the day, a budget tracker built around deposits, instalments and per-vendor balances, a 94-task checklist scheduled around the wedding date, side-by-side vendor comparison, an event schedule covering the whole wedding weekend, and an AI assistant that answers questions from the couple's own plan data.

The free plan includes the guest list, RSVPs and wedding website with no time limit (for weddings up to 50 guests). Paid plans are a one-time payment — A$99 (Standard) or A$199 (Pro) — rather than a subscription. There is no advertising and no vendor lead-generation; revenue comes solely from couples' one-time payments. Web-based, mobile-friendly; no native app. Built by a married couple who developed the platform while planning their own wedding.
