WashPro is management software for car wash and auto detailing businesses. It is built around a single idea: a fact should be entered once. Scanning the licence plate with the phone camera opens the job, and the queue, the price, the customer's status message, the till, the commission and the reports all feed from that one record. Works where the connection does not. WashPro keeps its records in a database on the device: intake, queue changes, handover and collections all work with no connection, and pending changes are sent automatically once the line returns. Plate recognition without plate-recognition hardware. The phone camera reads the licence plate on the device, using the phone's own text recognition — the reading itself needs no server and no upload. There is no ANPR camera, no barrier, no terminal and no on-site server. A queue anyone can read. Four states — waiting, in progress, ready, delivered — with the assigned staff member and the time spent in the current state. The estimated handover time starts from the service durations you configure and then corrects itself using how long jobs actually took at your site. The customer stays informed without installing anything. A QR code created with the job opens a live page in the customer's own browser showing their queue position, status and estimated time. On iPhone they can add an Apple Wallet pass that updates itself when the car is ready; where the browser supports it they can allow a push notification instead. For customers who scanned nothing, the app composes the "your car is ready" message from the job and hands it to your phone's own WhatsApp or SMS — so it goes from your number, and there is no messaging service to set up or pay for. The business side. Service catalogue and pricing per vehicle class; staff commission that accumulates as work happens, not reconstructed at month end; loyalty campaigns that hand a chosen service free after a set number of paid ones, tracked by customer or by plate; inventory consumption tied to services with a depletion date projected from measured usage; appointments requested from a map and confirmed from the phone; contract and fleet customer accounts with included-wash allowances; receivables, expenses and end-of-day cash reporting split by cash and card, with credit work kept out of the till. Cash and card are entered at handover as usual; for customers who would rather not hand over a card, WashPro shows a payment link or a QR code and delivers the job automatically the moment the payment lands. Where it runs. iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and a web browser, with the same business on every device. The queue board can also run on a waiting-area television through a browser, an Apple TV or an Android TV device. The interface is available in 27 languages. First seven days free. After that, a monthly or annual subscription bought in the app store and cancellable at any time.
