WashPro is management software for car wash and auto detailing businesses. Scanning the licence plate with the phone camera opens the job, and the queue, the price, the customer's status message, the till, the commission and the reports all feed from that one record. Works offline: intake, queue changes, handover and collections run on the device and sync when the line returns. The phone camera reads the plate on the device: no ANPR camera, barrier or on-site server. The queue shows waiting, in progress, ready and delivered, with an estimated handover time learned from your own jobs. The customer stays informed without installing anything. A QR code created with the job opens a live page in the customer's own browser showing their queue position, status and estimated time. They can add an Apple Wallet pass or allow a push notification; others get a ready-made message from your own WhatsApp or SMS. The business side. Service catalogue and pricing per vehicle class; staff commission that accumulates as work happens, not reconstructed at month end; loyalty campaigns that hand a chosen service free after a set number of paid ones, tracked by customer or by plate; inventory consumption tied to services; appointments requested from a map and confirmed from the phone; contract and fleet customer accounts with included-wash allowances; receivables, expenses and end-of-day cash reporting split by cash and card, with credit work kept out of the till. For customers who would rather not hand over a card, WashPro shows a payment link or a QR code and delivers the job automatically the moment the payment lands. Built for detailing work too. At drop-off a vehicle inspection form records scratches, dents and stone chips on a damage diagram, with photos and the customer's signature on screen. Damage, services, warranty, prepayment and signature become a one-page Vehicle Check-in Form in PDF to send on WhatsApp or print. Prepayments and booking deposits come off the total at handover. Warranties on ceramic coating, PPF and other services start at handover, are found by plate and come with a Warranty Certificate. Maintenance plans list customers who are due, with the message ready to send on WhatsApp or SMS, and every plate keeps its full vehicle history. AI on board. Otto, an assistant built for your business, answers questions such as "How's the cash today?" from your own records. On iPhone and iPad, optional AI vehicle recognition fills in the plate, make, model, colour and class from a photo of the car (this uses the internet).
