J'ai découvert WarmySender et franchement, j'en suis très content ! Il rassemble tous les outils que j'utilisais séparément auparavant, ce qui me permet de me concentrer sur une seule plateforme. Il est simple d'utilisation, le warmup est très complet et on peut y ajouter de nombreuses adresses. Quant aux campagnes, il permet de combiner e-mail et LinkedIn avec toutes les fonctionnalités qui existent sur le marché. Je suis vraiment ravi d'avoir découvert ce produit !

I’ve been using WarmySender mainly for email warm-up and cold outreach. I like that warm-up, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach are combined in one platform, and the pricing is quite affordable compared with using several separate tools. The interface is generally easy to use and the warm-up automation saves time. Overall, a good-value option if you’re looking for an affordable all-in-one outreach and warm-up tool, although I’d like to see more stability and polish in future updates.

Its a good product and good price. but there are lot of UI bugs that can be fixed. UI breaks at multiple steps as well as dark UI has lots of places dark text which makes reading difficult
I just got Warmysender and am putting it through it's paces. So far so good. Created emails by adding emails for it to warm up; very easy just add in your email details as if setting up an inbox. No errors with the 5 emails that I have set up. Has other features such as writing campaigns, templates, analytics, a basic crm and some addons that you will need to pay for such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram. They have leads for you to generate with email verifier. Have not tried all the features...

Smooth setup for my first cold email stack. This is my first time setting up cold email, and WarmySender made the mailbox side simple. I connected four Google Workspace mailboxes across two new domains with App Passwords, and all four connected on the first try. The New Domain warmup plan starts slow, at about one email a day, which is exactly what I wanted for fresh domains. The plan has plenty of room to grow, and the MCP connection means my AI assistant can help me build campaigns later. It is early days, so I will update this review once warmup finishes and our first campaigns go out. So far it has been easy and well thought out.
We've tried a few different tools for finding and reaching the right B2B contacts, and what stands out with WarmySender is that everything sits in one flow. We didn't have to bounce between a lead database, a separate verification tool, and a third one for the actual sending, it's the same place from the first search to a finished campaign.
The lead database is bigger than expected and filters on things that actually matter, job title, industry, location, and whether a contact actually has an email address or a LinkedIn profile, which saves a lot of time compared to googling contact details by hand. Having verification and sender warmup built into the same system felt reassuring, especially as a newer sender who doesn't want to land straight in spam.
The interface itself is straightforward without feeling dumbed down, you find what you need without a lot of clicking around. For us at prioIP, building our marketing up from scratch, it's been a solid way to get structured B2B outreach going without having to stitch together a whole tool stack ourselves.
