What is Vunki?

Vunki is a platform for outdoor quiz games: think of a live quiz night, except the teams are running around outside.

For the organizer. Sign up, drop checkpoints on a real map, and write a quiz question for each one. Walk the course yourself with up to three test teams, rehearse the live manager and the big-screen view from your desk, and change anything until it feels right. All of this is free. When the real event starts you pay per team, not per person: €19.95 covers five teams and each extra team is €3.99, so a ten-team event is €39.90. Monthly plans exist for agencies and companies that run events every month.

For the players. Nobody installs anything. The lobby shows one QR code; each team scans it on one phone, picks a game piece and shows up on the wall. The map is a 3D view with the team's piece walking toward treasure-chest checkpoints. A checkpoint opens when the team walks up to it. The quiz has four answer lanes and a 30-second clock, and faster correct answers earn more points. Play keeps going through a dropped connection and syncs when the phone is back online.

For the room. The live manager shows every team on the map, the clock and an activity feed. The big screen shows live standings during the game and reveals the podium from the bottom up at the end. Teams get a results page they can open and share afterwards.

Details that matter for events. A team is one phone, however many people share it, so an organizer counts phones, not heads. Game content can be written in any language, with a translation per language on the same game. If fewer teams show up than you paid for, the unused amount stays as credit or goes back to your card.

Free to build. Pay when they play.
