What is Voice2Win?
Voice2Win is a free speech-to-text application that performs transcription locally on the device. It lets users dictate directly into the active application using configurable global hotkeys, record conversations with speaker recognition, launch programs, files and websites through voice commands, and optionally enhance or transform transcriptions with a local AI model. Speech recognition works offline after the required AI models have been downloaded; no voice data is uploaded, and no account or tracking is required. Voice2Win supports 99 transcription languages, GPU acceleration with CPU fallback, a searchable local transcription history, customizable recording indicators and optional audio signals.
