vocalrange measures your vocal range from your microphone. Sing your lowest note, then your highest, and hold each one for 2 seconds. You get your range, a voice type, the famous singers whose recorded range overlaps yours, songs that fit your voice, and a card you can share.

Most free range tests count whatever the microphone hears for a split second, so a breath or a squeak becomes your top note. Here a note only counts once you hold it, and anything thrown out is named on your result.

It runs in the browser with no account and no email. The pitch is worked out on your device and the audio is never uploaded. The test, the voice type and the share card are free. A paid setlist lists every song in the catalogue that fits your range, with the key to sing it in.
