What is Vihor IP Scanner?

Vihor IP Scanner lists the devices on your local network with host name, IP and MAC address, network card manufacturer (IEEE database) and response time. It finds devices using ping and ARP, so it also sees hosts that block ping.

It detects common management services such as web interfaces (with page title and server), SSH (with server version), Remote Desktop, SMB, FTP, VNC and network printers. Expand a device to see its services and open any of them with a double-click in the right tool: browser, SSH client, Remote Desktop or Explorer. Wake-on-LAN, remote shutdown with confirmation, copying and CSV/HTML export are included.

Vihor recognises the computer's network adapters and offers the physical network first, keeping virtual adapters (Hyper-V, VMware, VPNs) separate. No telemetry, no account and no update checks; it only contacts the addresses you choose to scan, and it does not need administrator rights. Available as an installer, portable ZIP, from the Microsoft Store, Scoop and winget. Interface in English, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.
