What is Vidfiddle?

Vidfiddle reads posts from an RSS feed or a single URL and turns each one into a short narrated video. It writes a 30 to 60 second script with OpenAI or Claude, draws every scene in one of eight visual styles, adds a voice, word-by-word captions and music, and renders the video on your own server for about six cents in OpenAI usage. Each video waits in a review queue with a caption written for each platform. Approved videos are scheduled through Publer, Postiz or TryPost to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Auto Mode drafts videos from new posts daily. Runs with docker compose.
