What is VibaCloud?
VibaCloud is a web-based timesheet and invoicing tool for freelancers, contractors, consultants and professional-services teams who bill by the hour.
Instead of typing a timesheet into a blank grid from memory, it connects to your Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar and imports the meetings, calls and events already there, then builds a draft weekly timesheet from them. You tag each entry to an organisation, project and task, mark whether it is billable, and the app totals your hours and their value automatically. Each project carries its own hourly rate and billable flag.
Weeks can be exported to Excel or PDF, and billable submitted time can be turned into sequential, VAT-aware PDF invoices with automatic payment reminders. There is also a standalone free invoice generator that needs no account.
VibaCloud is free to use, requires no credit card, and lets you start building a timesheet as a guest before creating an account. Calendar access is read-only.
