What is Vers?

Vers is an opinionated, open-source virtual tabletop built to keep tabletop RPG sessions moving.

Macros are reusable dice-roll buttons: save “Attack: d20 + 5” or “Damage: 2d6 + 3”, then roll with one click. Temporary bonuses and advantage/disadvantage are available when needed.

Import maps, move tokens on a grid, measure distances, draw and reveal fog. Keep character details and initiative within reach. The interface supports English, Italian, French and German.

The code is free under 0BSD (BSD Zero Clause). The full app requires your own Vercel, Firebase Authentication and Supabase configuration; hosting costs may apply. It is designed for many tabletop RPGs that use maps and tokens, with practical tools rather than a complete rules engine.
