What is Veritake?

Veritake is a free teleprompter app for iPhone that scrolls your script with your voice. Its Voice Follow feature uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to follow your speaking pace and stops when you pause, so you can record talking-head videos, YouTube intros, social media clips, presentations and online courses without memorizing your script.

Built with privacy in mind: Veritake needs no account and doesn't use your data for AI training. Your scripts and recordings are processed and stored on your iPhone, protected by iOS encryption, and it's up to you what you export or share.

Import scripts as TXT, RTF or PDF from the Files app, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox, or paste text. Record with the front or back camera up to 4K at 60 fps and in Apple ProRes (depending on your iPhone), with the iPhone microphone, a headset or a USB microphone. Every take is saved as its own file, and you can trim, filter and adjust a copy before you export it.

Completely free: no in-app purchases, no subscription and no ads. The app is available in 11 languages, and Voice Follow works in 9 of them.
