  • Wordpress  Collect testimonials on any WordPress site, no WooCommerce needed. Email a customer, and their reply can be published as a verified comment on a page or post. Requires WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+.
  • WooCommerce  Adds automatic review requests after each order, and publishes replies as native WooCommerce product reviews.
The verification page a shopper reaches from the mark. The shop being checked is not the one answering for itself because the page is served by the service rather than by the shop.
The VerifiedReply home screen. How many requests have gone out, how many replies have come back, how many are live as reviews, and how many are waiting for somebody to decide about them.

Settings. The four checks say whether the scheduled jobs are running, whether review requests are set up, whether the verification service can be reached, and whether it accepts this site. Under them is the slug that decides the address replies come back to.

What is VerifiedReply?

Product reviews are now just an email reply away. VerifiedReply is a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin that turns a customer's email reply into a verified review on your own site. No account, login or form for the customer.

Unlike a review platform, the reviews live on your own site as ordinary WooCommerce reviews, and they stay there if you stop paying. Without WooCommerce, you can collect testimonials and publish them as comments on any WordPress page.
