ValVoice

ValVoice is a free and open-source desktop companion application for Valorant that converts in-game text chat into real-time voice callouts. Designed for players without microphones, players with voice anxiety, or gamers seeking accessibility options, ValVoice routes AI-narrated speech directly into in-game voice chat via Push-to-Talk so teammates can hear messages instantly.

Key Capabilities: • 29 Valorant Agent Voices: Speak using offline AI voice models of agents like Jett, Sage, Viper, Phoenix, Cypher, and more. • 100% Offline & Local: Powered by a lightweight Kyutai Pocket TTS engine running locally on CPU. No cloud API keys, subscriptions, or network latency. • Vanguard-Safe Architecture: Does not inject DLLs, touch game memory, or modify game files. Uses external Windows Graphics Capture + Windows OCR API completely separate from the game process. • Automated Push-to-Talk: Automatically triggers and releases your Valorant PTT key during speech playback. • Self-Contained: Bundles its own Java 23 runtime and isolated TTS engine.
