Tero Subtitler is the complete, efficient and convenient freeware subtitle editing tool, supporting all the subtitle formats you need and has all the features you would want from a subtitle editing program.
It has been updated from the former Subtitle Workshop and is available on all major desktop platforms.

Comments and Reviews
This has been renewed as Tero Subtitler by the same authors. It is available on the major desktop platforms again.
What a joke - I can't try this out, because when I open it the "Check for Updates" window pops up, with the message "NEW version available !! Subtitle Workshop XE v 7.00 r1 It's very close, come back soon..."
The only thing you can do after launching the program is to quit the program.
