UpSensei information
What is UpSensei?
UpSensei is a posture coach that runs entirely in the web browser — no download or install. It uses the webcam with on-device pose estimation: the video is converted to abstract skeletal coordinates locally and never leaves the device.
More than 15 analyzers watch head and neck position, shoulders and arms, trunk, how long one position has been held, and total screen time. Feedback arrives where you already are — an in-page banner, a system notification, a spoken hint, or a flashing tab title — with cooldowns and severity tiers, so it nudges instead of nagging.
Instead of a score out of 100, UpSensei tracks "Raku time": the share of a session in which no analyzer had anything to complain about, plus the plain number of minutes.
A free tier is available; Pro is a paid subscription. Sign-up requires no email address.
