What is MyPostureAtDesk?

MyPostureAtDesk is a macOS menu bar widget that uses the Mac’s camera to monitor posture while the user works. It analyzes facial landmarks in real time against a calibrated reference position and can be recalibrated when the desk setup changes. Alert sensitivity is adjustable, and posture changes can trigger a screen-border flash, a soft sound, or both.

The app includes a weekly chart of posture alerts and a way to send comments, suggestions, or bug reports from the widget. Camera processing takes place locally; images and biometric data are not stored or transmitted externally.
