What is UAV-Planner?

UAV-Planner is operations software for commercial drone operators who fly under EASA rules. It keeps the records an authority, a client or an insurer asks for in one place: every flight with pilot, aircraft, time and location; pilot certificates with expiry warnings; aircraft, batteries and sensors with service intervals and flight hours; pre- and post-flight checklists; and SORA 2.5 risk assessment templates for the specific category.

Operations managers plan flights on a map with Norwegian airspace restrictions, and pilots log from their phone after landing. Records can be exported for authorities, clients and insurers.

Role-based access separates company leaders, operations managers and pilots, and a parent company can manage its subsidiaries. Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID is supported.

Built in Norway. Core operational data is stored in the EU/EEA. Pricing is per pilot per year.
