Twilock: Screen Time Control

Twilock helps you stop doomscrolling before you go to sleep and right when you wake up, two moments when it’s easy to get stuck on your phone.

Choose distracting apps or categories with Apple’s Screen Time picker and schedule a Night window of up to two hours. Twilock shields your selections during that window. Pro adds a Morning window, also capped at two hours.

Strict Mode makes impulsive changes and deleting Twilock harder during an active session. A recovery path remains available for genuine need. New installs include three Strict Night windows; continued Strict Mode requires Pro.

The free version includes the Night window, streaks, badges, milestone Streak Freezes, a weekly Snooze Token, friends, a streak leaderboard and a reclaimed hours count. Pro adds the Morning window, continued Strict Mode, Streak Repair and deeper insights.

Selected apps, raw Screen Time activity and window settings stay on your device. Optional account and social features use server data. Other data handling, including analytics and marketing, is described in the privacy policy and App Store privacy disclosures.

Twilock is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 16.0 or later.

Current US pricing: Twilock Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. A Lifetime purchase costs $79.99. Prices may vary by storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
