What is TreeNoote?
TreeNoote is a brand new note-taking program, free, secure and available in a portable version.

Hierarchical note taking application

Password protection: You can choose to protect the use of TreeNoote with a password ... and ask that TreeNoote ask for it again after a period of inactivity.

Portable App: TreeNoote for Windows does not use an installer. All the files required to run the application reside in a single folder. If you move the folder, the application will always work the same way. For example, place it on a USB key, and you can use it from one computer to another. TreeNoote leaves no footprints on the PCs on which you run it.

Easy to use interface: TreeNoote offers a minimalist and simple interface. No need to read tutorials to know how to use it.

Full-text search: Simply start typing in the search area. Immediately the records found are displayed in the treeview, with a count of the cards found at the bottom left.

Rich text editor: Integrated rich text editor: choice of font, bold, italic, highlighted, alignment, bullets, line, insertion of time and date ...

Multilingual: Treenoote is available in English, French and Spanish.

What's new in this version:
- Print function of a note with preview, page selection, color or black and white mode, printer selection.
- Export function in PDF format.
- Right click possible in a note and on its title with the following functions: cut, copy, paste, paste without formatting, search on the internet, select all.
- New version search function.
- Possible modification of the size of the TreeNoote window, setting in full screen.
- Tabulation possible in a note.
- Some bugs fixed ... thanks to your feedback!

The app is still in its early stages and its developers have improvements to make, but the flexibility, ease of access (it is also a portable app), note-taking capabilities make it extremely useful and desirable. The interface could be improved but it does the job and all the extras the tool offers manage to compensate for it (customizations, security, file-hierarchization and synchronization, text search, multi-language availability).
TreeNoote does NOT have a way to export notes.
TreeNoote is not as good as Cherry Tree.
Very simple to use, efficient and secure software! I was looking for an alternative to another well-known note taking software ... I finally found it!
