What is TrainCurve?

TrainCurve turns your workout files into the training-load chart coaches actually use — CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue) and TSB (form) — computed with the Banister 1965 impulse-response model, plus TSS, IF, NP, FTP zones and ramp rate.

The AI coach is BYOK: you paste your own Claude, GPT or Gemini API key, so there are no per-token charges and no "AI credits" meter. The key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The coach sees your last 30 workouts, current load, zones and goals.

Upload FIT, TCX or GPX directly, or sync Strava in two clicks; Garmin, Wahoo, Coros, Polar and Suunto are supported. Export the full database as JSON, CSV or FIT — no lock-in. EU-hosted and GDPR by design.
