What is Touhou Project?
Touhou Project is a series of vertically scrolling bullet hell shooting game produced by Oota Jun'ya (ZUN), the head of the Doujin Circle "Team Shanghai Alice".
Set in Gensokyo, a paradise where the forgotten ones arrive, the game depicts some strange incidents caused by strange creatures. It is a story of investigation and resolution by the human side centered on Reimu Hakurei, a shrine maiden at Hakurei Shrine. They try to maintain Gensokyo's delicate balance, sometimes antagonizing and sometimes cooperating with the Youkai. The game depicts a slapstick drama of fun and somewhat inhuman characters in a fierce and crazy "Bullet Hell" game.
Even barrages that seem impossible to clear at a first glance are now balanced in a way that can (perhaps) be cleared by memorizing patterns and practice. Clearing after practice is exceptional, so even those who are not good at it will definitely try it.

One of the best bullet-hell game series. Created mostly by one person. Soundtrack and the story are amazing. Recommend to play!
