    I love Adobe Animate. I usually use the older versions by Macromedia but it still has everything I need Animate versions have the bones back that was originally from Flash CS4 and removed in Flash CC 2013 (or just Flash CC). I would really recommend this over Toon Boom since it's easier to learn.
