What is Toft?

Toft keeps your home's history in one place, written down as it happens.

File what your home has: the furnace, water heater, roof and appliances, with their ages, serial numbers and warranties. Log every repair and service visit. Keep receipts, manuals, insurance policies, your contractors' contact details, and door and alarm codes. Codes are encrypted, and you can choose to lock them so only you can read them.

To get started fast, you can upload your home inspection report. Toft drafts your home's big-ticket items and their ages for you to check.

Toft then suggests upkeep for what's in your home, with the reason for each task. When you finish one, it goes into your history.

When you sell, send one read-only link to your agent, the buyer and their inspector. The Home Report shows a dated record of care. Shared links never include codes, policy numbers or private notes. After closing, hand the whole record to the new owner.

Several people can share one home, and one person can keep several homes. Toft runs in any browser, on a phone or a computer.
