1. Transcription - high-accuracy speech recognition optimized for medical German, including dialects and accents
2. AI correction - resolves typical dictation errors, applies formatting rules, and structures the document
3. Fact-checking - verifies medications against drug databases, validates ICD-10 codes, and checks dosages and place names
4. Logical validation - detects inconsistencies and contradictions within the text
5. Re-correction loop - automatically revises and re-validates until all checks pass

A built-in editor with Tippiti-Chat lets you interact with your documents - request rewrites, refine specific sections, or generate alternative versions. Every change is tracked with a full version history.
