Only big con was difficult integration.
You cannot go for Windows or any othe OS software. Go for cloud platforms - many good tools out there for time tracking and vacations management. Actually went for another Time tracker and allowed my employees to book time and vacations anywhere in the world either via web or mobile. Directly from their phone
I really admire the easy to use interface of Timedoctor and Talygen time tracking softwares. They keep me updated everytime about my employee's work status.
