TheWorld Browser (v3) is a tiny, fast, yet free, secure and powerful web browser. It features a tabbed interface with multi-threaded frame browser. It uses the Microsoft Internet Explorer engine. It currently supports Windows 98/me with final 2.x Version 2.4.1.5 and Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 with the 3.0.
