Thesaura

Thesaura is a Windows program for cataloguing a collection — stamps, coins, comics, records, models, video games, or anything else you collect.

You create a collection, decide which fields you need, and start adding items with their photos. Nothing is fixed: you choose what to record. You can also import what you already have from a CSV or JSON file, so nothing you have catalogued before goes to waste.

WHAT IT DOES • Collections — create as many as you like, each with its own fields • Nine starting templates — cards, comics, coins, stamps, prints, video games, vinyl records, models — or start from an empty one and build your own • Items — name, category, condition, variant, photo and a free note • Where it is — record the shelf, box or album, so you can find the item again • Purchase — price, date and where you bought it • Value — the value you enter yourself, which feeds the collection total • Professional grading — for items that come with a certificate • Dashboard — what you have, what it cost, what it is worth • Statistics — how your collection is built, collection by collection • Sales — what you sold, at what price, and the profit after fees • Import and export — CSV and JSON, so your data is never locked in • Five languages — Italian, English, French, German, Spanish

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • No account and no cloud: everything stays on your computer • No subscription: you pay once and it is yours • It does not connect to online price lists. The values are the ones you type in yourself — the program does not guess them and does not pretend to know the market

WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who collects something and wants to know what they have, what it cost, and where it is. You do not need to be a computer person: it is made to be used, not configured.

PRICE Free to try, up to 15 items, with no sign-up and no credit card. Then €19.90 once — no subscription, no renewal. Windows 10 and 11.
