Blazingly fast, great support, simply to use - and much better quality
I've looked at and used a lot of test management tools, and TestRail is my favourite because of its rich modern web interface, ease of use, great documentation, friendly and knowledgeable support, good integration with other development tools, and its simple REST API. Not to mention the very reasonable price.
As a QA lead, I value how easy test creation and management is in TestRail. It's a joy to use, and it integrates well with JIRA and Jenkins.
Unlike other test management tools, TestRail focuses on test management alone, which means it can really excel in terms of usability and a streamlined workflow. Whereas other tools try to cram in lots of extras like requirements, defect, or document management, TestRail's focus allows it to really shine as a great test management tool. Especially if your organisation already has defect, document, and requirement tools, take a good look at TestRail.
