What is Testiny?
Testiny is a test management platform aimed at QA teams working in agile and DevOps settings. Test cases can be organized into folders and hierarchies, which helps keep coverage manageable as a product grows. Test steps support BDD/Gherkin syntax with syntax highlighting, making scenarios readable for both testers and developers. The platform supports test plans, test run assignment, and execution of manual tests and importing automated test runs from one workspace, with results updating in real time.
Dashboards and exportable reports are built in, offering visibility into test coverage, pass rates, and release readiness for managers and stakeholders. Testiny integrates with commonly used engineering tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and Linear, along with CI/CD pipelines, so test results remain tied to the code changes and tickets that generated them.
An MCP Server integration lets AI assistants generate and organize test cases from natural-language descriptions. For organizations with more stringent requirements, Testiny offers single sign-on, audit logs, and an on-premises deployment option. Teams migrating from tools like TestRail or Zephyr can import existing test cases, attachments, and requirements, a CSV/XML import also exists for other tools/frameworks.
