TenantCloud can be a bit of a pain to adjust things on, but generally it provides greater flexibility and more powerful tools than other platforms I have explored throughout the five years I've been using online property management tools (such as Cozy.co). I would move to a better tool if I knew of one, because it does have it's pain points, but in general, I find it a very useful tool.
