What is DeedVault?

DeedVault is property management software for self-managing landlords who are done juggling spreadsheets, payment apps and paper leases.

Collect rent online. Turn a lease into recurring rent invoices. Tenants pay by card or bank transfer, with optional autopay, and pay no fees themselves. Each payment is recorded as income automatically.

A portal for your tenants. Tenants sign in with an emailed link, no password needed, to pay rent, see receipts, send maintenance requests with photos, and message you.

Leases and e-signatures. Fill your own lease templates and send them for e-signature with no per-document charge. Signed copies are filed with the property along with their signing certificate.

Move-in and move-out inspections. Room-by-room condition records with photos, signed by the tenant and kept with the rental, plus itemized deposit statements at move-out.
